Led by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi, each season unfolds through inspired menus that celebrate sustainability and the finest locally sourced ingredients. An award winning cellar of over 500 wines spans emerging small scale producers to rare and iconic vintages.
Accommodating up to 18 guests, the Private Dining Room is ideal for milestone celebrations, elegant corporate events, special lunches, high tea soirées and bespoke social occasions.

The Private Dining Room on Level 36 is available Monday to Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM, with a maximum seating duration of two hours and a minimum spend of AUD 1,500.
Evening bookings are available from 5 PM until late, offering either a single seating of up to 2.5 hours with a minimum spend of AUD 2,500 or an extended seating of up to five hours with a minimum spend of AUD 4,500.
